Central_filter refers to the email filters you have set up in cPanel and backend store file is /etc/vfilters/.
The resolution.
You can delete the contents of the file to resolve the issue, But it would be better to go into cPanel >> Account Level Filtering and cPanel >> User Level Filtering and remove that filter was setup.
